Goodie Girl was a snack for the stars at the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards. Chef Jerry Baker of The Food Matters created some cool new recipes that were hits among the stars. One snack of the tasty snacks was Goodie Girl Gluten Free S’mores! A new gluten free twist on an old favorite!
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 6oz package of Goodie Girl Gluten Free Quinoa Chocolate Chunk Cookies 1 cup of chocolate ganache 1 package of large marshmallows
P R E P A R A T I O N
1) Spread ganache over desired amount of cookies.
2) Place marshmallow on top of ganache. Use a kitchen torch to toast marshmallow on a clean metal pan. Top with another cookie if desired to create a marshmallow sandwich.
3) Serve immediately.
