Rice Crispy Treat Energy Bars
(Gluten-Free)

You and your family are going to love getting creative with these super easy and delicious rice crispy bars. You can basically toss in anything in the pantry and use any of our delicious cookies. My kids freaked when I told them we were going to make a rice crispy treat without marshmallows and then they couldn’t keep their hands, (or mouths!), off of them.

I N G R E D I E N T S
8 Toffee Crunch Goodie Girl Cookies™
1 cup Brown Rice Syrup (or honey)
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
4-6 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
Optional add-ins – chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit

P R E P A R A T I O N

    Lightly coat a baking pan with your favorite cooking spray. Place brown rice syrup and peanut butter in sauce pan over medium/low heat and stir, bringing to boil. Pour in rice crispies and stir until most of the syrup is incorporated. Dump in Goodie Girl cookies and any other add-ins. Pour into pan and pack with hand until firm. Stick in fridge for about an hour. Cut into squares. Wrap in plastic wrap or sealed container. These will stay good for a long time.
