¼ squeezed lemon juice br> 2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup yogurt
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 Oatmeal Raisin Goodie Girl Cookie™
P R E P A R A T I O N
Peel 2 apples and remove core. Cut in thin slices.
Place in mixing bowl with ¼ squeezed lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir and let macerate for 5 minutes.
Place 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in frying pan. When butter is sizzling, place apples side down on top of melted butter. Reserve any liquid in bowl. (Be sure not to crowd the pan or the apples will stew instead of fry.)
Sprinkle pan with cinnamon to taste. I also add a dash of pumpkin pie spice, allspice or nutmeg.
Flip apples and continue cooking until golden brown and a little crunchy, adding a few more sprinkles of sugar if desired. Pour in any liquid from apple bowl.

Place 1 Goodie Girl oatmeal Raisin Cookies in bottom of glass. Spoon some apples and then top with your favorite yogurt. Add another cookie, apples and yogurt. Top with apples and cinnamon!
