Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simply place cookies into the food processor (I keep a couple top halves out to add in later), and process to a crumb texture
  2. Add about 1/3-1/2 of the cream cheese block (this is your preference, I do about a 1/3)
  3. Process until dough forms
  4. Roll into balls and add in pieces of the reminder crushed top cookie halves
  5. Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper and pop them into the freezer for about 10 minutes 
  6. While in the freezer pour about half of the bag of mini white chocolate chips into a microwave friendly bowl with 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth
  7. Remove balls from freezer, dip and decorate as you wish! 
  8. Freeze again for 10-15 minutes and done!
