This fluff was an entry in the “Shredded Chef” cookbook contest from @themacrodiabetic. Really liked the combo of toppings for this fluff. The gingersnaps mixed very well with the cocoa slims, and the overall peanut butter cup taste of the fluff.

Brought to you by Goodie Girl Cookies (@goodiegirlcookies)! I love this cookie, honestly. The taste is so smooth and has great texture. It’s honestly, besides the Mint Cookies (which is coming), my favorite cookie in their lineup. #glutenfreecookies. The trick here was to make sure the cookie taste of the fluff was balanced out with the chocolate. Brown sugar and butter extract does the trick!

Brought to you by Goodie Girl Cookies (@goodiegirlcookies)! – I did an oatmeal raisin protein fluff not too long ago… But once I received the GGC Oatmeal Raisin cookies, I had to do another one. Love this cookie. It has the right mix of crunch, but just a little bit of softness. Pro Tip: If you can find it, I’d recommend using a raisin flavorant to get the true taste of the cookie. Actual raisins just don’t cut it.

Pretty sure this was also my favorite cookie out of the entire GGC lineup, now that I’ve tried everything. Once I start mindlessly eating stuff, I know it’s fantastic. The cocoa slim is THAT cookie for me. Also, mix your chocolate chips into the shake. You’ll thank me later. Pro Tip: Cream cheese creates a much thicker and smoother fluff, from what I’ve experienced lately. If you’re using cottage cheese or greek yogurt, try making the switch to fat free cream cheese in your shake or fluff.
